The last couple of days in Melbourne were pretty much all about enjoying our free time, meeting with friends one more time and taking care of last minute preparations. Our lovely neighbours Maria and Kurt offered us their guest bedroom after the movers cleaned our house and provided a truly amazing bed & breakfast! Thanks a million times!

These metal leaves are part of the tree project of our friend Amanda, which was created by numerous blacksmiths across the world to remember the devastating bushfires in Victoria of 2009 (www.treeproject.abavic.org.au)
Oh … and this (highly poisonous) redback spider has apparently been living in our driveway the whole time! Stay where you are mate! We’re leaving now!
